We ship the personalized books and Cd's in a bubble envelope and they are shipped either Media Mail or First Class. If offering FREE SHIPPING on books or cd's they can be shipped Media Mail.

Please be advise we are NOT responsible for delays with the USPS.
Shipping costs include shipping & handling as well as packaging materials such as boxes, wrap, foam & etc.

The time till your order is shipped, all depends on when you supply of the information to make your item.

The amount of days that is printed on your order, means that you have supplied the information at the time of the order. If you delay giving us the information by a day, it then adds a day till your order ships.
